Mid-semester we take a brief journey into the world of HTML (hyper text mark-up language — the language of the Web). Students choose subject matter, again relating to their country-of-choice, and utilize Adobe Dreamweaver, an HTML editor, to create a two-page linked web site. They employ a variety of HTML5 elements and some principles of CSS (cascading style sheets) to combine text, a few supporting images, and the image of their text masking assignment.
